Founded by leading Brownfields investors and attorneys, P&L is an investor in Brownfields. P&L has owned and managed Brownfields ranging from abandoned gas stations in Texas and California to landfills in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Headquartered in Washington, DC., with a mid-west office in St Louis, Missouri, we cover the nation and the world.

P&L utilizes a network of internationally-respected environmental engineers, consultants and attorneys to identify, acquire, remediate, and market Brownfields. P&L is also on the GSA Schedule for providing, inter alia, asset management services to the federal government.

Experiences

We can (i) purchase charge-offs, deficiencies and judgments, and in some cases, participate in joint ventures with debts owners in the recovery of money owed; (ii) provide consulting services on the acquisition, sale, or management of certain assets; (iii) purchase and remediate Brownfields (i.e., land with environmental issues); (iv) perform competent, ethical and aggressive collection work on receivables; and (v) purchase and work-out or otherwise enhance a distressed or complicated asset.
